Our Epic Sports Portraits packages is all about creating stunning professional level portraits for athletes of all ages. For us, it's more than just capturing photographs. It's about capturing every detail in every shot!
Our goal is to deliver professional portraits with the same process and techniques photographers use for ad campaigns for companies like Nike, adidas, Under Armor, Champion, and more! And it doesn't stop there! We take it even further by combining photography with digital art to create truly unique photographs worthy of displaying in your home.
The Epic Sports Rookie package is an all-digital package. This means all your photos are delivered digitally. This allows us to create the same stunning imagery at a more affordable price.
By purchasing this package, you will automatically be featured in our Athlete Magazine which will be released this spring!

Here's how it works!
Let's say you book your shoot for $450 dollars and maybe some of your friends are interested in this style of shoot. Well, If you bring a minimum of two friends to your session, your price drops to only $250 per athlete. This means you get more bang for your buck!!! Note: In order for this to work, all three sessions would have to be booked on the same day.
Package Summery
-Pre-Photoshoot meeting to get to know you, learn about your interests and understand what kind of
photos you need.
- Expect at the very least an hour of shooting time
- This package comes with one uniform change. However, we understand that some athletes play multiple sports, so you can add additional uniforms for an extra fee.
- Location - Most of our Epic Sports sessions are shot in our studio. There are times that with permission, we can use school gyms, locker rooms, and other locations for this style of portraits. However, there is an extra charge for that.
- You will receive 8 professionally retouched photos ready to download and share via your own private online gallery (additional files can be purchased a la carte at $30 per file).
- Access to our online store where you'll be able to order from a variety of products from large prints to photo albums.
- Print release for your photos. This form grants you the permission order prints through your favorite labs.
- Starting at $450 ($225 Dollar Deposit)
Additional options:
Additional high-end photo retouching: $30 each
Traveling fee starting at $100 (this depends on the distance)
Rush edits within 5 days - $30/ per photo, or $400 for all photos included in your package.
A $225deposit is required to reserve a date and time for your photo shoot. Payable via PayPal, Credit Card, and or cash. If you choose to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund with the exception of a $100 retainer fee. Full payment is due before photos are released.
